This 60 min group mat class combines focused Pilates movements, yoga-inspired flow, and breath work into a mindful movement practice. To encourage a personalized approach, modifications are offered for all levels.
Please bring a mat (thicker is BETTER) and water to stay hydrated!
THURSDAYS
5:30-6:30 PM
60 min Open Level Ballet Class for ages 18+. Each class begins with combinations at the barre, then center and across the floor. Previous Ballet experience recommended but not required.
Please bring ballet slippers or socks and water to stay hydrated!
*Each new student must complete a waiver of liability before participating in their first class. Please allow time to fill this out in person on the day of class. To view online, see link below.

Charlotte has 20+ years of professional experience in the dance and theater industries, last seen in Cameron Mackintosh’s Spectacular New North American Tour of The Phantom of the Opera.
She holds nationally recognized teaching certifications in Vinyasa Yoga & Pilates Mat/Reformer.
She has passionately been learning, teaching, and coaching in the health and wellness field for 8 years, beginning with completing her YTT for her first certification while residing in NYC.
Also a member of the Handcrafted Soap & Cosmetic Guild, she has been making “better for you” handmade products and baking sourdough goodies since relocating to WNC with her husband, 3 dogs, and cat.
